Best Private Label Pimple Patch Manufacturers

Seven acne patch makers read on their own sites. Minimums from 1,000 units to 24,000 sachets, the one maker that states US manufacturing, Korean and Chinese lines with US offices, and why a salicylic acid patch is a drug.

The short answer: the best private label pimple patch manufacturer is the one whose patch type, unit of count and manufacturing location fit your first run. For a smallest custom test in stock sizes, CALLA, which lists 2,000 sheets on its multi size hydrocolloid patches. For patches actually made in the US, Amparo Medical Technologies in Anaheim, California. For a Korean made line with a US contact, Dermatech. For a first launch with fulfillment included, Commercive, from 1,000 to 3,000 units. For salicylic acid and microneedle formats with published minimums, Veilta. For printed shapes at scale, Taiki Cosmetics, from 24,000 sachets.

We read the private label pages of acne patch manufacturers on their own websites in October 2026 and kept the seven that clearly make pimple patches for other brands and publish enough to judge. For each we recorded the patch types, the minimum and the unit it is counted in, the lead time, the certifications and where the patches are made. Where a company publishes nothing, we say so. For the rules behind the numbers (how sheets, pieces and sachets convert to retail packs, and why a salicylic acid patch is a drug while a plain hydrocolloid dot is not), start with our guide to private label pimple patches and acne patch manufacturers.

Figures are as each company published them in October 2026. The units differ and do not compare directly. Confirm every figure in writing before you place an order.

CALLA, the smallest custom test

CALLA is a cosmetic patch factory that publishes more product level detail than anyone else here, and two different minimums depending on the product. Its multi size hydrocolloid patches (a 9.7 x 4.7 cm forehead patch, an 8.5 x 3.5 cm nose patch and a 6 x 2.5 cm rectangle) list "MOQ: 2,000 sheets" with a standard lead time of about 15 days after order confirmation. Its private label pimple patch line lists "5,000 pcs" and "standard approx. 7 days after confirmation," with samples developed in 3 to 7 days and a trial order option.

Size, shape, thickness, transparency and color are all customizable, and the listed ingredients on the pimple line include salicylic acid, pectin and centella asiatica extract. The certifications shown are ISO 22716 (SGS), GMPC, FDA registration, BSCI and RoHS, and it supports third party pre-shipment inspection and factory visits. It does not state its city or country on these pages and publishes no prices.

Best for: a brand that wants its own shapes and packaging on a first run measured in sheets, not tens of thousands of units. Ask what a "pc" is on the pimple line before comparing it with the 2,000 sheets.

Amparo Medical Technologies, made in the USA

Amparo is the one company we found that states it manufactures hydrocolloid in the US. It makes custom medical grade hydrocolloid adhesives in Anaheim, California, for device attachment, wound care, ostomy and cosmetics, and lists hydrocolloid for acne patches as an application. It says "all hydrocolloids manufacturing is conducted at the Amparo Medical factory in Anaheim," holds ISO 13485:2016 through BSI, tests base formulations to ISO 10993, and sources raw materials from the USA and Europe. At trade shows it presents hydrocolloid acne patch contract manufacturing with die cutting, pouching and retail packaging.

It advertises "low minimum order quantities" and "short lead time" without figures, and does not mention FDA registration on its home page.

Best for: a brand that needs a truthful made in USA claim, a medical grade material story, or a plant it can visit. Expect to ask for every number.

Dermatech, Korean made with a US office

Dermatech lists "OPERATIONS USA" in Wilmington, Delaware and "OPERATIONS KOREA" in Seoul, and says plainly that its patches are "MADE IN KOREA." The range is the widest here: invisible, hydrocolloid, invisible hydrocolloid, formulated hydrocolloid, spot treatment, line treatment, wide coverage, under eye, microneedle, and custom shape and full color print patches. It lists ISO 22716, ISO 13485 and KCGMP, an average lead time of 60 days and an average shelf life of 3 years.

On regulation it says its hydrocolloid is "FDA Class 1 Medical Device & EU C.E. Certified as an occlusive wound dressing" and that OTC acne patches contain an FDA controlled level of active ingredients. It publishes no minimum and no prices.

Best for: a brand that wants Korean patch technology, many formats from one maker, and an American point of contact.

Commercive, launch and fulfillment together

Commercive is a private label and fulfillment company rather than a patch factory. It puts a first production run at "1,000 to 3,000 units," with custom boxes, labels and inserts produced at the same quantity, so there is no separate packaging minimum. Samples come "out of a Chinese factory" in roughly 7 to 14 days, and orders ship from Hangzhou, Wuxi, Florida, California or New York, with US delivery in 1 to 3 days and no storage fees.

It lists MoCRA cosmetic labeling, batch and PAO coding, and the warning that marketing "must avoid drug claims unless registered as OTC." It publishes no unit prices, only margin ranges, which are its estimate rather than yours.

Best for: an online brand selling on Shopify, TikTok Shop or Amazon that wants a finished pack, warehousing and shipping in one contract. Once the first run lands, the cheapest way to find out whether it sells is usually to send packs to a few dozen skincare creators with small, loyal followings before you spend on ads.

Veilta, the most complete launch plan

Veilta is a GMP certified acne patch manufacturer in Zhongshan, China, and it publishes minimums by patch type: 3,000 to 5,000 units for hydrocolloid, medicated salicylic acid and invisible patches, and 5,000 to 10,000 for microneedle. It notes that stock packaging rather than fully custom packaging can lower the first order.

It also publishes the full clock, which is rare: 14 to 22 weeks from choosing a manufacturer to first shipment, including 2 to 4 weeks of custom sampling, 3 to 4 weeks of packaging design, 3 to 5 weeks of production and 4 to 6 weeks of sea freight. It quotes third party pre-shipment inspection at $200 to $400. On US rules, it states that salicylic acid patches "require a Drug Facts panel under the FDA OTC acne monograph."

Best for: a founder planning a first launch who wants the timeline and format minimums written down before the first call.

Huawei Technology, a single stock patch

Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. in Wuhan, China, a hydrocolloid maker unrelated to the phone company, lists a 5 x 6.4 cm hydrocolloid acne patch with "MOQ for OEM: 10000pcs" and "20 Working Days" delivery. Its FAQ gives longer figures: samples in 30 to 50 days and a first order in 60 days, so confirm which applies to you. It lists ISO, CE and FDA in the product spec and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in the FAQ. Samples are free; you pay the courier.

Best for: a brand that wants one standard size under its own logo and can wait for the first order.

Taiki Cosmetics, printed shapes at volume

Taiki offers two pimple patch formats: thin anti blemish stickers with salicylic acid and tea tree oil for red, growing spots, and 100% hydrocolloid dots, optionally with the same actives, for white, mature spots. Shapes include round, heart and star, with a printed design on the patch and sachets printed with your logo, plus customizable nose patches. Its page says "MOQ starts at 24 000 sachets" and does not state a lead time or a manufacturing location.

Best for: a brand with retail distribution that wants printed shapes and individual sachets from the start.

How to choose between them

Decide three things before you compare names. First, the patch type. A plain hydrocolloid dot has the lowest minimums and, with no added drug, is commonly sold as a cosmetic or as a Class I occlusive wound dressing under 21 CFR 878.4020. Add salicylic acid and an acne claim, and the patch is an over the counter drug; 21 CFR 333.310 permits salicylic acid at 0.5 to 2 percent, and the pack needs a Drug Facts panel. Microneedle patches cost more to develop and, at Veilta, double the minimum.

Second, the unit. Sheets, pieces, sachets and units are not the same thing, and a sheet can carry 36 dots. Ask each maker how many patches are in its counted unit and convert every minimum into retail packs before ranking anyone.

Third, where the patch is made. A US office is not a US factory. If a made in USA claim or a short freight time matters, Amparo is the only one of the seven that states US manufacturing.

Then send the same brief to two or three makers: patch type, sizes and shapes, dots per pack, packaging, quantity at two levels, claims, and the date you need stock. Suppliers turns that brief into a vetted shortlist with each maker's published terms side by side, sends one RFQ and keeps the replies together. If the patches are part of a wider skincare line, the private label skin care manufacturers and cosmetic contract manufacturers guides cover the serums and cleansers that usually ship next to them.

We do not do regulatory classification or label review, and we are never a party to your order. The classification, the label and the purchase stay between you, your adviser and the manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

Which private label pimple patch manufacturer has the lowest minimum?

Commercive publishes 1,000 to 3,000 finished units with packaging at the same quantity, and CALLA lists 2,000 sheets on its multi size hydrocolloid patches. Veilta starts at 3,000 units, Huawei Technology at 10,000 pieces and Taiki at 24,000 sachets. The units differ, so convert each minimum into retail packs first.

Who makes private label pimple patches in the USA?

Amparo Medical Technologies states it manufactures hydrocolloid in Anaheim, California, with acne patches among its applications and ISO 13485:2016. Dermatech has US operations in Delaware but says its patches are made in Korea, and Commercive ships from US warehouses with production in China.

Are salicylic acid pimple patches harder to private label?

Yes. A patch with salicylic acid that claims to treat acne is an OTC drug. The FDA acne rule permits salicylic acid at 0.5 to 2 percent, the pack needs a Drug Facts panel, and the maker has to produce it as a drug. Plain hydrocolloid patches avoid that route.

How long does a private label pimple patch order take?

From about 7 days after confirmation for a stock patch at CALLA to an average of 60 days at Dermatech. Veilta puts a full first launch with custom packaging at 14 to 22 weeks, including 3 to 5 weeks of production and 4 to 6 weeks of sea freight.

Can I get star or heart shaped pimple patches with my logo?

Yes. Taiki offers round, heart and star shapes with printed patches and printed sachets from 24,000 sachets. Dermatech lists custom shape and full color print patches, and CALLA customizes size, shape, thickness, transparency and color on smaller runs.
