Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Suppliers ("we", "us", "our"), an AI supplier sourcing service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Suppliers, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you are using the service for business purposes. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The service
Suppliers is an AI-assisted supplier sourcing and management tool. You describe what you need to make or buy in plain English, and the service finds, vets, and shortlists candidate suppliers and manufacturers, with quotes, MOQs, and lead-times compared, and helps you run RFQ outreach and purchase orders in one place.
The matches, rankings, vetting summaries, and draft messages the service produces are AI-assisted suggestions for you to verify, with a human in the loop. They are not professional, legal, financial, or procurement advice. Vetting means identity verification, registry and customs cross-checks, surfaced certifications, and risk flags with the evidence shown; it reduces risk but does not eliminate it. We do not run on-site factory audits or quality-control inspections. We do not guarantee any supplier's quality, performance, pricing, savings, lead-times, or response, and we make no price or savings promises. You are responsible for your own due diligence before placing any order.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes not using it for unlawful purposes, not attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, not scraping or reselling the supplier data, not sending spam or abusive outreach through it, and not infringing the rights of suppliers or any third party. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Suppliers is offered on paid subscription plans, billed in United States dollars. There is no free plan. Pricing is flat and predictable, and we never charge a per-deal commission on suppliers or orders you source through the service. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Suppliers platform, software, design, and content, excluding your own data. You retain ownership of the briefs, RFQs, and other content you submit, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service and deliver its features to you. You may use the outputs of the service for your own business purposes.
7. Third-party supplier data
The supplier information surfaced through the service comes in part from third-party and public sources, including business registries, customs and trade records, certification bodies, and supplier-provided data. We work to keep this data fresh and to flag stale or inactive suppliers, but we do not control or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Any dealings, contracts, payments, or disputes between you and a supplier are solely between you and that supplier. Always verify critical details directly before committing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suppliers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from supplier conduct, supplier data, your sourcing decisions, or your reliance on AI-assisted suggestions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us, our suppliers, or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
