Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Suppliers ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our AI supplier sourcing service. We keep this short and plain, and we never sell your data.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly. That includes your work email address, which we capture for account setup and to communicate with you about your sourcing activity, along with any name and company details you share when you create an account or contact us. When you run a sourcing request, we collect the brief and details you provide, such as the product you want to make or buy, your target quantity, materials, destination, and budget, plus any RFQ messages and purchase order details you create on the platform.
We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit, through standard cookies and analytics. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
How we use your information
We use your information to set up and manage your account, to turn your plain-English briefs into structured sourcing requests, to find, vet, and shortlist suppliers for you, to surface vetting evidence and comparisons, to help you run RFQ outreach and purchase orders, to respond to your questions, to bill you in United States dollars for the plan you choose, and to keep the service secure. We do not use your information for anything you would not reasonably expect from a supplier sourcing service.
Supplier and trade data sources
To vet and rank suppliers, we draw on third-party and public data sources, including business registries, customs and trade records, certification bodies, and supplier-provided information. We cross-check these signals and present the evidence to you. This information is about the suppliers, not about you, and we surface it so you can verify candidates yourself. We do not control the accuracy of third-party data, so you should always confirm critical details directly with a supplier before committing.
AI processing
Our service uses AI to parse your briefs, match and rank suppliers, and generate suggestions such as draft RFQs and risk summaries. These are AI-assisted suggestions for you to verify, with a human in the loop, and you remain in control of every decision. We process your brief content to deliver these features. We do not sell your brief content, and we apply reasonable safeguards to how it is handled.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to measure traffic and improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Suppliers, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and the data providers that power vetting, and only as much as they need to do their job. When you choose to send an RFQ, the relevant brief details you select are shared with the supplier you are contacting. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our business.
Data retention and security
We keep your account, brief, RFQ, and purchase order information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it for the purposes described here, including legal and billing obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in those messages. Our plans are month to month and billed in United States dollars, and you can cancel at any time; canceling does not by itself delete your account data, which you can request separately.
No guarantees of supplier quality
Suppliers reduces sourcing risk by surfacing identity verification, registry and customs cross-checks, certifications, and risk flags with the evidence shown. We do not run on-site audits or quality-control inspections, and nothing in this policy should be read as a guarantee of a supplier's quality, performance, or response.
Children
Suppliers is a business service intended for use by companies and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
